Andalusi festival in Salares

Reading masonry as a historical document. During the XXII Arab-Andalusian Festival, we guided a technical tour through the streets of Salares, deciphering the footprints of time imprinted on its materials.

Through the analysis of construction techniques that still survive in its urbanism, the tour allowed for an understanding of Andalusi spatial logic. It is not just about observing aesthetics, but about understanding how geometry and the intelligent use of local resources have allowed this urban landscape to breathe for centuries.
