Patio in Medina Sidonia

In the historic heart of Medina Sidonia, just a few meters from its wall, we have restored protection and dignity to the walls of the backyard of this century-old home. This project, promoted by Arrieros 14, marks the beginning of a slow and respectful recovery of heritage.

The technical intervention consisted of applying an aerial lime and local sand render, specifically formulated by us for this support, with the aim of protecting the constructive essence of the place and ensuring its breathability.

The execution was marked by the rhythms of nature and logistical complexity: started in February, the work was paused due to rains and resumed in July. Despite the challenge posed by the heat and the Levante wind, the result has managed to sanitize and beautify this outdoor space, preparing it for the next phases of its rehabilitation.
